Remove Protected computer from Secondary DPM after Protected computer was deleted from Primary DPM server

Hello,

       Running 2 DPM 2012 R2 servers. 1 Primary and 1 Secondary.  The secondary DPM server is backing up the Primary DMP server.

I removed and delete the replica of a protected computer from the Primary server.  Now when backup job runs on the Secondary DPM server, it fails on the protected computer that was deleted on the Primary.  My question is will the protected computers eventually sync up between the Primary and Secondary? Or will I have to manually deleted the protected computer from the secondary DPM server also?  Thanks.
